Alec J. Berin is a Partner at Miller Shah LLP in the firm’s Philadelphia office, where he focuses on securities, ERISA, and federal False Claims Act litigation.
Alec earned his B.S. from Cornell University and graduated with honors from the George Washington University Law School, where he served as an Articles Editor of the George Washington International Law Review and was named a Paul A. Volcker Scholar for excellence in financial regulatory law and public service.
Before joining the firm as an attorney, Alec worked at Miller Shah as a Project Analyst and interned in the Enforcement Division of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, gaining firsthand experience with financial enforcement and compliance matters.
