Bruce D. Parke is a Partner at Miller Shah LLP and a seasoned whistleblower and complex litigation attorney based in the firm’s Philadelphia office. He represents clients in a wide range of matters, including False Claims Act, securities, antitrust, and consumer protection cases, as well as ERISA and employment litigation.
Bruce earned his undergraduate degree in Administration of Justice and his law degree from the Pennsylvania State University’s Dickinson School of Law. Before joining Miller Shah in 2008, he practiced at Mager White & Goldstein LLP and Mager & Goldstein LLP, where he focused on securities, antitrust, and consumer protection litigation.
